Shipping Policies
Due to the rise in UPS costs, we have had to raise our shipping fees. We are currently investigating other shipping options for you. Please bear with us.

Virtu ships all packages within the continental United States via UPS. UPS Ground generally takes 2-5 business days from the time it is picked up in Chicago to arrive at your door. You will receive a confirmation e-mail including a UPS tracking number so that you can keep tabs on your order.

We are now offering flat rate expedited shipping options with UPS 2nd Day shipping at $35 per order, while Overnight delivery is $50 per order. Items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii must be shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We currently do not ship internationally.

All orders will be shipped within 24 business hours. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday through the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.

Your credit card will be charged on the day your order is placed. In the event an item is unavailable, we will contact you immediately via e-mail or by phone to discuss your backorder and split shipment options.

All packages will be insured for their full retail value. Should an item arrive damaged, please contact us immediately so that we may issue a replacement to you and a damage claim to UPS.

All items shipped within IL will be charged 9.25% sales tax.

We will make every attempt to package your items into one carton. Occasionally we will need to split a shipment into additional cartons when the items are very large. Should we need to split your shipment, additional shipping charges may apply, in which case we will notify you via e-mail.

Virtu uses recycled packaging materials whenever possible.

Gift Wrap
We will gift wrap your items in one of our many Snow & Graham wraps with a matching organdy ribbon for an additional charge of $4.50. Please select the “Gift Wrap” icon when placing your order.

If you would like to enclose a gift enclosure, please type your note into the "Gift Message" section. We will personally hand write your brief note and enclose it within the gift wrapped box.

We understand that you don’t always know what you are purchasing on line until you hold it in your hands. For this reason, we will accept returns on most unused products purchase online as long as they are postmarked within 14 days of the original purchase. You may choose a merchandise credit or opt for a refund to your original credit card minus the shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless they are the result of an erroneous shipment on our part. Please see below for instructions on how to return an item.

All deposits are non-refundable, both online and in store.

We do not accept returns on obviously used or damaged items, earrings, or personal care items such as candles, soaps, and lotions. We do not accept returns on sale items or custom or special orders. We will not accept returned items after 14 days of your original purchase.

How to make a return
Please e-mail us or call us at 773.235.3790 if you would like to return or exchange an item. We will accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase.

Once we are contacted, you will be issued a Return Authorization Number. Please package the items carefully in their original packaging and ship the items to us via UPS. Please insure the package for the full retail value of the returned item.
